Today's Kettlebell Training Heavy Muscle of the 1st week ... 25 movements non-stop with 2 'rest between the combo, but very heavy for me really well.
Given the trend of previous training sessions since Jan. 18 and will be making 43 years, this morning I got a nice pair of 20 kg Kettlebell RKC prefer to enjoy the full security protocol. Honor to partner Fabio Fogato RKC II who completed the program with a maximum torque of 24kg! great Fog.
